The waitress was unfriendly and we had the feeling that she treated French guests more courteously. Every time when I said MERCI came no answer but to other guests she answered very polite. Another waitress was perfect but unfortunately served our table only once. Food and ambience was perfect and the view awesome. But with the service I would not recommend it. Thank you, Frank

A beautiful lunch menu which makes the choice difficult but which makes you want to come back. We were welcomed by Tom who offered us impeccable service from start to finish. Tom is always attentive and ensures that his customers lack nothing. I highly recommend ! Angelo LP

Délicieux, une vue imprenable sur Marseille avec le coucher de soleil en prime, et un service au top. Les plats ont été servis rapidement et le personnel est aux petits soins. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Very poor service... banal brasserie cuisine, non-respect of meat cooking, unqualified and untrained staff but I think that the responsibility for the incompetence lies with the restaurant manager. We were disappointed because for us the Sofitel was something... what saves them is THE VIEW!!
