Very disappointed with the experience. Okay, nothing special. Potatoes swimming in grease. A shame.

I had a very pleasant time at Le Carré Blanc. Nothing exceptional, but everything was good. The amuse-bouche was excellent, and the lamb shank was perfectly cooked, meltingly tender. The best part was the fantastic welcome from the staff! Overall, a good place to eat; I'd gladly go back.

A first visit that will remain a truly wonderful memory!! The quality of the food is exceptional – a menu perfectly suited to every taste – there's something for everyone. Beyond the food itself, you can really feel the positive energy of the owners. They put their heart and soul into serving their customers. A huge thank you for this experience! Carrement Boeuf

21/09/2026: Superb meat, served quickly. On a business trip, I just happen to see a sign on the Nantes ring road. What a stop! Superb meat, fast service, and a fair price. What more could you ask for? Thank you to the whole team.
18/09/2026: Braise. Well, there you are, greeted by the owner, a man somewhere between Tcheky Karyo and Bellmondo. The food is perfect: fresh, delicious, beautiful, and reasonably priced. So go ahead and form your own opinion, but with your eyes closed.
