This is my second time at David's restaurant in Carré d'As! He's a dedicated person, always kind and friendly, whether with walk-in customers or regulars. He remains true to himself in all circumstances, and that makes all the difference!
Highly recommended for the quality, taste, and price of our meals: absolutely flawless.

A very good restaurant that I've been frequenting regularly for several years. The chef is outstanding and takes pleasure in cooking hearty, homemade dishes, both traditional and exotic, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

I come to David's place very regularly—and it's no coincidence!
The place is welcoming, the atmosphere is always lively, and David... a real character, full of life, with his legendary outspokenness (definitely not to be taken literally 😄).
As for the food, it's simple: one of the best restaurants in Valenciennes. Homemade dishes that warm the heart and remind you of your mother's cooking. You feel good there, you eat well, and you always come back with pleasure!

Here, everything is homemade, from the main course to the dessert, and you can taste the difference. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere relaxed, perfect for a meal with friends or family. A no-frills, unpretentious brasserie where you eat well and feel good. Well done to David and Marceau!
