Le Carré d'As sur Morosaglia

25/06/2026: This was one of the most successful meals. The welcome was very pleasant and the wine recommendation was perfect. We started with tapas and continued with starters, main courses and dessert. From course to course the quality only improved. One recommendation for the hot summer days: put fans on, it will make it easier for the diners. We will come again, because it was perfect.

17/06/2026: Absolutely amazing ! True to tradition , quality, taste : the most amazing experience in Corsican food and not only . Connecting tradition to haute cuisine , exceptional preparation, very much a culinary experience . Absolutely amazing experience.
