An incredible culinary journey through the flavors of Corsica. A very warm welcome from the owner, who took the time to explain the typical Corsican dishes in detail. Original and delicious cuisine, all in a magnificent setting. I'll definitely be back!

A journey to Corsica from appetizer to dessert - each dish offers a discovery that is both gustatory and aesthetic. I highly recommend it.

The food wasn't bad, but the price is exorbitant for the quality. The environment was very noisy, the dining room was far too hot in the summer to eat comfortably, and the entrance was a bit of a mess with lots of boxes, giving it a very unprofessional, unsavory feel.

This was one of the most successful meals. The welcome was very pleasant and the wine recommendation was perfect. We started with tapas and continued with starters, main courses and dessert. From course to course the quality only improved. One recommendation for the hot summer days: put fans on, it will make it easier for the diners. We will come again, because it was perfect.

The vaulted setting is very pleasant. The cuisine is excellent. The Corsican influence is evident. It's a shame that Corsican mineral water costs 10 euros per liter, especially when it's 35 degrees outside.

Absolutely amazing ! True to tradition , quality, taste : the most amazing experience in Corsican food and not only . Connecting tradition to haute cuisine , exceptional preparation, very much a culinary experience . Absolutely amazing experience.

Neither the setting nor the food justifies the prices: €72.00 per person, plus the €12.00 surcharge not mentioned when ordering. It is indeed listed on the menu, but in tiny print, of course! The portions are stingy considering the prices! As for the decor, it's untidy. We were crammed into a corner of the room surrounded by a large pile of boxes, while the same table next to us remained empty! The overall experience left us with a very unpleasant feeling of disappointment and overcharging.

SO very superb, Chef/Owner Jean Costantini is a gem, his dishes Michelin worthy and I've had Michelin starred meals! Lunch was only a start, back for dinner the next night and let him choose our dishes..... YUMMMMM. Best I've ever had in Paris and many many other places! If you need to know more about what is on his menu (only in French) ask to see the photos in his BEAUTIFUL cookbook! He or his wife might be serving you and his brother might be in the kitchen! Make a reservation because it is small and charming! You will want to go more than twice!
