Le Carré des Maîtres sur Vals-Les-Bains

We dined on the terrace overlooking the Volane without a prior reservation. The setting was perfect, as were the service and the food.

The restaurant looks more like a bar when you walk in... but the waiter is super friendly and the food is truly excellent... a perfectly cooked tuna salad and succulent meat. Thank you.

We had dinner as a family tonight at this restaurant. The waiter was incredibly attentive, the kitchen (which was visible) was very clean, and the view was lovely. The lamb shank was cooked to perfection, as was the ribeye steak, which had a beautiful crust. For dessert, we had the chocolate caramel fondant, which was delicious 👍 Thank you again for this wonderful experience ☺️

A very pleasant experience at this restaurant overlooking the Volane river. I recommend the Caesar salad, which is quite substantial for a meal, and the chocolate caramel fondant for dessert.
