Great experience, we had the privilege of having the restaurant all to ourselves, there were 10 of us and we ate well, the dishes were of high quality and the owner was friendly. I recommend.

The negative comments surprise me a lot. I just ate there (one lunchtime) and I'm keeping this restaurant in my list of good addresses. When I saw the table when I arrived, I even thought it would be cramped, but not at all. Already the cuisine is very good, the ingredients are of high quality. The dishes are richly composed (at least for what I had) and I also like the quantities served. I am sure that the dishes are prepared with love for the craft (not to mention the very good smells of the dishes passing nearby in the restaurant). The welcome and service were also remarkable. They do everything to make you feel good. The service was very efficient, and yet they apologized for not having been efficient enough... I found the team very human. THANKS. To guide you in your choice, I would say that if you like a gentle mix between chic (you just have to see how they present table salt), good cuisine (at an affordable price), an atmosphere relaxed, don't hesitate if you want to eat in the area.

Comme toujours excellente cuisine maison très variées y compris les desserts je recommande Bonne adresse sur Gramont

Il y a deux jours nous passions des vacances près de Toulouse. Après une journée fatigante à vouloir tout visiter nous nous sommes retrouvés au Centre Commercial de Gramont pour quelques emplettes urgentes. La faim nous taraudait (moi et mon épouse), mais à 17h dans le pays de Voltaire il n’y a point de salut pour les affamés en dehors de quelques fast & junk food. Que faire ? Devant nous, le Carré Gourmand annonçait ouvert. Nous sommes entrés (je pense qu’on était les seuls clients). Le patron, très aimable, a tout suite compris notre « douleur » et nous a proposé qq chose « sur le pouce ». Le tartare de saumon le meilleur que j’ai mangé depuis très longtemps. Avec un petit vin rosé de la région très sympathique, et, pour finir, un gâteau au fromage et citron délicieux. De quoi terminer la journée en toute beauté, merci Patron ! Aujourd’hui nous sommes retournés en « temps normal » pour le déjeuner. Nous avons eu un Tataki de thon rouge délicieux, accompagné d’un vin du Pic du Loup à réveiller les papilles. Le désert fut une Pavlova divine et une brioche de pain perdu avec glace à la vanille à en perdre le Nord (nous venons de Belgique). Merci au Patron et à son équipe ! A retenir cet endroit, d’accès très facile (station Balma-Gramont juste en face), ou l’on a été reçu comme des rois. Adrien & Mirella
