Il locale è carino e il personale è gentile. In questo posto io e miei amici abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare alcuni piatti tipici della cucina francese e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Unica pecca è il costo, un po' elevato, anche se per fortuna acqua e pane sono gratuiti.

Small, simple and pleasant neighborhood restaurant. The only bar in Aix that serves coffee with an absolutely delicious little calisson. If you're looking for simplicity, you can go for it.

neighborhood brasserie discovered on the way to Aix, very nice.. simple and good food.. placed on the terrace.. atmosphere like at home, I liked it, I recommend!! Very nice !!

09/09/2024: Étant de bons clients depuis quelques années et je plus y être aller depuis pas mal de temps, le plaisir de revenir, serveurs très sympas même à l’accueil, plats au delà des plaisirs et des découvertes 👌;-) EXCELLENT !! Bonne cuisson à la demande !!! Quel plaisir de revenir vous voir mais pas de Mr Franck ;-(
21/08/2024: Bon accueil, terrasse sympa, brumisateur, parasols. Belle carte, salade et plats copieux, bien préparés et joliment présentés. Pain, assaisonnement, eau, tout est bien approvisionné. Service rapide, tarif correct.

11/12/2024: Great food, staff and atmosphere.
10/12/2024: On a weekend in Aix, we decide to look for a pizzeria in the old town for lunch. At Jo's it's crowded but the owner suggests that we come back in a moment, which we do and our table is waiting for us. The room is small and it is not easy to sit and move around as the tables are so crowded. Before talking about the cuisine I would like to compliment the owners and the waiters: friendliness, smile, responsiveness, availability... Concerning the cuisine I will be less tender but I must point out that we live less than 45 minutes from the Ligurian coast and are used to eating Italian among Italians....at Jo's, no pizza with a blown edge like at Naples or very large pizzas with crunchy dough like in Rome. Pizza the diameter of the plate, any dough neither soft nor crispy, no mozzarella but a cheese with an aggressive taste like Comté or industrial made especially for pizza makers. As for the price, staggering! In Ventimiglia, the equivalent of what I ate (cheese pizza commonly called Marguerite or Neapolitan) is charged 7.50 or 8.00 euros. I paid 17.00 euros!!!! Given the good reception at Jo, this establishment deserves to stand out from the competition on site. Exit the bad industrial cheese and a short day of training for the pizza maker to make and cook a delicious, soft and at the same time crispy dough like our transalpine friends...
