Do you like cows? It is this type of question that France perhaps does not ask itself, like the Jura which knows how to promote its local restaurants like its cattle standing out in their fields. Casta will satisfy you, like a good Comté chosen instead of a specialty from another region. Service, welcome, dishes, and even decorations are there. I met a pizza that I will never forget, my stomach is witness to it, no flavor has been able to match the one I felt yesterday around this good table of bon vivants. Rumor even has it that the cows themselves elected this restaurant as “revelation of the decade”, this remains to be confirmed, I’ll let you ask them. Gourmand de pizza, je voulais remercier le chef pour sa gourmandise et sa gentillesse, nous nous sommes régalés… Un bon moment dans une ancienne bâtisse du centre de Poligny. Merci pour le service accueillant et discret. Je recommande vivement.

Very good restaurant, simple but very gourmet cuisine as we like. Jura escalope for my part, I recommend.

On our way to Italy, we stopped in Poligny for lunch and discovered this place which pleasantly surprised us. The fondue is delicious.

The food is very good and homemade, however the wait seemed very long... Our starters were served to us almost 1 hour after our order, and we spent 2.5 hours or more on site for 3 starter/main course/dessert menus . This is why next time we will order takeaway.

Welcoming place, efficient and very polite staff, a good choice and reasonable prices. We took a menu for €23.90 (starter, main course, dessert of your choice), rather good food but very plentiful. Good address.
