A very warm welcome and excellent service. I come often, but how do I get a room overlooking the patio? Thank you to the whole team.

A truly wonderful place. We celebrated our wedding at this hotel, in a dedicated reception room that was spacious enough for a sit-down meal and dancing. The service was impeccable; the waiters were incredibly kind and always available to help us with our needs and setup. The meal was excellent. We enjoyed the aperitifs outside, which was very pleasant. Finally, the rooms are large and comfortable, and as an added bonus, they are well soundproofed. Honestly, the staff, both day and night, are perfect.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Pleasant location. Very good restaurant. I recommend this hotel and restaurant. A great bonus is the night porter; it's wonderful to have someone to talk to.

The room was small but clean. The bathroom was clean, but the shower was very narrow. The bathroom smelled so bad that at night you had to close the door and sometimes open the window. The service was normal.

A very pleasant overnight stay before participating in the Black Mountain hike. The hostess was very friendly, smiling, and attentive. The breakfast was generous and varied. A highly recommended stopover in Castres.

Perfect! A 15-minute walk from the airport, easy parking, and a very attentive and friendly receptionist. I would gladly return.
