So I ate at Le Cèdre on Thursday evening, it was truly magnificent, the food was excellent, it was super delicious. I highly recommend that anyone coming to Rodez eat at Le Cèdre. And the service was great!
We chose Les Cèdres restaurant for our daughter's wedding and we were absolutely delighted.
The appetizer package with mezze and several starters was fantastic. The main course, a tagine, was simply delicious. The three waitresses were very kind and attentive.
A wonderful discovery, bursting with delicious flavors and vibrant colors! The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
We will gladly return to try new menus.
Always a true delight when you savor the flavors of the dishes on offer.

As for the service, I'm sorry, but we expected better for a table of six with the most expensive menus.
When they make it perfectly clear that at 10:30 pm on a Saturday night, it's time to leave, to the point that they don't even ask if you'd like coffee or tea to finish your meal... And when they strongly encourage you to pay by credit card directly at the table, saying "it saves time"... In short, a shame...
