22/04/2026: The food lacked freshness. The seasoning was unbalanced. It aspires to be a high-end restaurant, but it isn't. The charcuterie tasted like it had been stored next to the shrimp. The liver pâté on toast was bad, and the crostini were disappointing. They're friendly, but they need to rethink their approach. The enormous portions aren't a plus. The linguine tasted good and could have been a standout, but the amount of olives and anchovies made it a bit too salty. I was expecting a fresh tomato coulis with fresh basil.

05/05/2026: We regularly dine there on Saturdays. It's a very good restaurant with fresh, well-prepared ingredients and a great atmosphere. The daily specials are excellent and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend it if you're in Rodez.

My only real regret: no dinner service, only advertised frozen meals. So you have to plan to eat out and drive, even though there are restaurants nearby. A shame, especially when compared to the Campanile in Auch where the food is cooked, good, and the restaurant is always full. Here, in the evening, everything seems a bit empty… What a pity, because the place has enormous potential.

A huge thank you to Fanny, who served us with such joy and good humor, and above all, always with a kind thought for Mom. Thank you to this wonderful team who provided such enjoyable moments, both through the food and the hospitality. It's definitely etched in my heart, and I will return with my children to remember all the wonderful times spent in this place where people are, above all, genuinely kind, and that's rare indeed.
