Le Cèdre sur Chalon-Sur-Saone

A restaurant that doesn't look like much, but... Delicious food, a very pleasant waitress, and a really reasonable wait! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Very reasonable value for money. A mezze set menu for €20 with 8 courses and a set menu for €25 with 3 small mezze starters, a choice of main course, and a choice of dessert. Simple dishes, but the flavor is definitely there.

The mezze were good. Nothing less, nothing more. However, I find €20 a bit expensive for what it was.

Passing through Chalon for the day with my daughter, we stumbled upon this place and were immediately welcomed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the service was efficient. While the menu was small, that's what made everything so perfect. So many flavors, and the quality and quantity were just right. A place to try and return to. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
