Always a great time! Homemade food, fresh produce, and a smile to boot!

Passing through Bar-sur-Aube, I stopped at this restaurant. What a pleasant surprise! The setting is truly wonderful, a blend of the old stone walls of the cellar with simple, modern furnishings. The €29 Tradition menu (starter, main course, dessert) was very appealing. Fresh ingredients, attractive presentation, and perfectly balanced flavors. The only slight drawback was the "gourmet coffee," which was a bit average. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the waitresses, and of course the food. It was very good. Impeccable value for money. A must-try!

For my first visit, I was charmed by both the lovely and welcoming atmosphere and the impeccable service. My husband's starter, a crispy goat cheese tart, was absolutely delicious—I wish I'd ordered some myself! The main course was just as good; I thoroughly enjoyed it. We left with very full stomachs. The price was reasonable and fair.
