A huge thank you for this express service! Upon arriving in Le Grand-Bornand, I realized at the last minute that the lens insert in my ski goggles wasn't prescription. Despite my call the day before and the very short notice, everything was handled with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Using my prescription, a solution was found immediately: the lenses were ordered, received within 24 hours, and fitted to the insert very quickly. All this with perfect follow-up and a truly warm welcome. Thanks to this responsiveness and efficiency, I was able to ski in excellent conditions. An excellent optician, friendly, professional, and very attentive. Following a measurement error on my glasses, Ms. Labyt took the time to redo the eye exam and replace the lenses free of charge so that my glasses would fit perfectly—and what a difference! At each appointment, she patiently takes the time to advise me, whether it's for adjustments, preparing a quote, or choosing frames. Thanks to her, I've finally found my optician! :)
