Le central sur Guillaumes

This is our second dinner at Le Central in Guillaumes. Honestly, it was great. The food was good (the polpettes were perfect, and so was the ribeye steak), the terrace was lovely and quiet, and Ryan's service was excellent 👍 In short, don't change a thing!

We had two salads with marinated chicken, which turned out to be a bit heavy due to the excessive amount of garlic. Furthermore, the staff didn't seem adequate for the number of people in the restaurant on a Saturday lunchtime, which was completely packed, and they seemed a bit disorganized and slow.

A really great place, from the welcome and service to the food. I enjoyed a fantastic charcuterie platter, very generous and beautifully presented: special mention for the homemade terrine, absolutely amazing 😋

We ate there while driving along the Route des Grandes Alpes. The staff is great, and the food is homemade! I highly recommend it.

We stopped by for lunch and were delighted with the welcome: the owner is warm, smiling, and full of humor, which immediately puts you at ease 😁. The restaurant is very pleasant, and the terrace is particularly charming, perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal. The homemade aspect is truly evident, both in the taste and the quality of the ingredients and textures 🥰. Each dish is prepared with care, and it shows. We tried the mafaldine pasta with porcini mushroom sauce and the penne gratin with salmon, and everything was absolutely delicious, flavorful, and generous. 😊 The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, ideal for a meal with friends or family. You can feel a real passion for the food and service, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place; it's a wonderful discovery that you'll want to return to! 😌🥰😊

Good quality, simple, homemade cuisine, hence a short but excellent menu. We had the polpetta alla Romana and gnocchi, and a pasta dish with porcini mushrooms and bacon. For dessert: almond tart and mango mousse on a coconut biscuit, all homemade—and you can tell! The chef delighted us, and not just with her cooking! Thank you!

We came to eat as a group of four, it was very good, everything was homemade, we thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely come back when we are in the area.
