Le Central sur Mont-Louis

Every February, we return to Mont-Louis and honestly, Le Central is a very nice place: simple, with good bar food and typical Catalan dishes. Everything is very clean. Thank you!

Fantastic experience at Bar Le Central in Montlouis! We had a truly excellent meal: everything was delicious, fresh, and prepared with care. Special mention to the manager, who is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from beginning to end. Despite our lateness (we had a reservation for noon), she kindly waited for us until 2 pm without any problem, which is becoming rare and truly deserves to be highlighted. Once there was no wait, the service was quick and efficient in a pleasant atmosphere. In short, a place I wholeheartedly recommend! We will definitely be back 🙂

A very warm welcome and a delicious meal! After making our reservation, we were delayed by two hours, but the chef didn't mind at all. She waited for us and greeted us with kindness and a smile. Running the bar and kitchen single-handedly, she prepared a perfect meal, served quickly and at a very reasonable price! Thank you for this wonderful experience 😊
