We spent one night in this hotel, and I really don't understand the negative reviews! Of course the bathroom is not isolated from the bedroom, but it is a detail given the super comfortable bedding, the impeccable cleaning and the beautiful view from the balcony over the citadel.
The swimming pool is warm, access to the hammam and sauna. The best!
We had a great dinner at the restaurant. The servers were numerous and friendly. Very plentiful, as well as breakfast the next morning.
Ultimately, we will definitely come back!

A little cold welcome
They do not take electronic holiday vouchers.
Access to the swimming pool is not easy and not practical.
The room is functional and clean.
Parking space: ok
7 minutes from the city center.

Stay of 2 nights, having read the comments I was on the reservation; and of course we found the place very good for a 2 star, renovated rooms, very good staff, cleanliness everywhere, good food, and menu prices to my taste, access to the free spa which is perfect, a family establishment old fashioned like we don't do anymore, go there with your eyes closed!!!!!!

Very good stay in this hotel, magnificent setting, very well located 7 minutes from the Pyrénées 2000 ski resort, possibility of catering on site, nice breakfast. Excellent bedding.
The little extra being the spa, very pleasant for young and old.
Pleasant waitresses, perhaps a slightly warmer welcome at the bar, which is why 4 stars.
I recommend and will definitely come back.

Perfect for spending a short weekend with the family, very warm welcome, close to the ski slopes and pretty places to visit.. the room is a little dated but pleasant, magnificent view from the balcony, the jacuzzi pool area is a plus which makes all the difference is really nice 👍

We went on a short weekend with my husband and our 4 month old son. The hotel is very nice, the food is very good and for a reasonable price, the cleanliness is impeccable... In short, it's a great place, and we would be delighted to return. The service is great, and the staff took great care of our baby.
