We had a very good meal at Central. The food was really good, and I particularly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the waitress, who even offered to modify my dessert by removing the ingredients I didn't like. A thoughtful touch that I greatly appreciated.
However, a major drawback was the noise. The dining room was extremely noisy, especially with several large tables seating six or more people, in addition to the noise from the staff behind the bar, with the dishes clattering regularly.
Very good food and attentive service, but the atmosphere was too noisy for my taste.

I don't often give my opinion, but after my wonderful evening, I simply had to!
We had a very good meal, but what I'd really like to highlight is the warm welcome from the waitress at the back of the room. She was incredibly attentive to us, especially my son. 👌
Thank you for being so pleasant, caring, and smiling. It's these kinds of little touches that truly make all the difference in a restaurant.
So don't hesitate: you'll eat very well and the service is fantastic! 👏

It had been a long time since I'd been there. I've never been received like that. No greeting. We had a reservation, but the staff couldn't agree on the table. We almost left. The aperitif didn't include a charcuterie board. There was no bread; we had to ask for it, and my husband had to get up to get water. I finally got mussels and fries 15 minutes later. We didn't even have dessert because we wanted to leave. The service needs improvement, but where is Marie, the owner? This isn't the Central I remember. We won't be back.

We ate there one evening as a family of four children for my son's birthday. We received a very warm welcome, the menu was varied, the servers were pleasant, and the manager was very attentive. The children were delighted. There was a €9 children's menu. One small drawback: the pizzas weren't as good as the rest of the menu, from what we tasted. Otherwise, no complaints. I highly recommend the gourmet coffee, which truly is a treat! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food was mediocre, the meat overcooked, and the galette slightly burnt on the plate.
The waiters seemed to hate their lives, with the typical grumpy Parisian attitude. Not only did they look depressing, but they also forgot to serve us fries and didn't bring us any bottled water, forcing us to fetch it ourselves all evening.
Furthermore, the prices weren't justified by the quantity, except for the mussels.
