With a €25 set menu where the dishes are always enhanced with precise and surprising flavors, worthy of a semi-gastronomic establishment. Relaxed atmosphere and quirky humor. A place where it's good to be in all simplicity with a little something extra that rivals the local restaurants usually charging €35-40 for a set menu. In short, an address worth the detour with such good food that doesn't try to be pretentious in the "Arcachon Bay" style. Go there and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed... whether you're there for a meal or just a drink.
Impeccable welcome and service; we opted for the set menu at €25. We were pleasantly surprised by the combination of flavors, and the friendliness and humor of the staff.

We came for lunch today and everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the dessert, including the wine. It's definitely worth the trip. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the food; the value for money is unbeatable!!
The service was very pleasant, and there was very little waiting between courses. Truly 10/10!!! We can't wait to go back.
There was no menu outside, so I was expecting to eat steak and fries or sea bream fillet with rice timbale at this bar-restaurant whose inviting terrace I'd noticed. What a pleasant surprise to discover a gourmet menu at a very reasonable price: €25! 😃 Sophisticated cuisine full of bold flavors...and generous portions. A delight from start to finish! 🙂 The dining room is pleasant and the service is friendly yet very professional. 🙂 I highly recommend New Central where we had a wonderful time. 😃
A two-course meal (starter/main or main/dessert) for €21, or a three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) for €25... a seasonal offering, delicate cuisine... in short: a delight...
