A very pleasant surprise! The place doesn't look like much, but the food is well-prepared. A short menu reflects the focus on fresh, homemade ingredients. You can tell they're aiming to offer a new culinary experience, and they've succeeded, all for a reasonably priced daily special. Well done, keep it up!

New Central is located in the center of Le Teich. I discovered it during a vacation there from August 12th to 20th, 2026. It's a warm, welcoming bistro-style place, more precisely a mix of bistronomy and fusion cuisine. The menu is small and consists of four main courses, four appetizers, and four desserts, all homemade. The preparation is perfectly executed, and the menu is updated weekly. Furthermore, the chef has a culinary approach that combines ingredients, techniques, and traditions to create original dishes and offer a modern, creative, or deconstructed reinterpretation of classic dishes. I've been to the restaurant several times, mainly for the taste and quality of the food, but especially thanks to Patrice. It's a waiter who works at the establishment and, when presenting the dishes on the menu, describes them as paintings, where colors are replaced by tastes, flavors, herbs, spices, and an aesthetically pleasing presentation. The final bill is surprisingly low considering the quality of the food, especially for someone like me who's used to Parisian restaurants. In short, I highly recommend coming to discover this place, its dishes, its atmosphere, and its staff (and especially Patrice).

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time as a family. The dishes were delicious, generous, and prepared with care. Everything was truly perfect from start to finish! A huge thank you to the waiter who was exceptionally kind. He took care of us with such warmth and attention, as if we were part of his own family! That's rare these days... He was adorable with our twins, always smiling, attentive, and full of humor! 🤣 It's people like him who make a meal unforgettable ❤️💋 A big shout-out also to his colleague, who was just as smiling, 💋 welcoming, and very helpful. You can feel the passion of this team, who truly love welcoming their customers with genuine warmth ❤️❤️❤️❤️ And to top it all off, we unfortunately forgot our charger when we left. They immediately set it aside for us, with such kindness and honesty. This kind of attention has become so rare that it deserves to be highlighted. Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome, your professionalism, and your immense kindness. Don't change a thing, you're all wonderful! ❤️🌟
