Le Cep Vert sur Letra

I went there with a friend for the evening service. It wasn't too crowded (about ten people). I found the decor a bit kitschy, not really to my taste (decorations themed around Beaujolais wine, vineyards, grapes...), but to each their own. We had an aperitif and ordered our main course from the owner, who served us quite quickly. I was a little disappointed with my meal; I found my burger just okay. Once we finished our main course, we waited a good half hour before being offered dessert, which was served by a waitress who, if you'll excuse my language, but whose attire left much to be desired (she looked like she'd just gotten out of bed). She wasn't very fast either, which was a shame. So, maybe we were just unlucky that evening, but we really found our meal took far too long (two hours for an aperitif, a main course, and dessert). The dessert was very good (a chocolate fondant with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream).

We ate there for lunch today. The meal was a real pleasure from start to finish; the frog legs were fabulous. Thank you to the very friendly staff and a big thank you to the chef. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

Excellent find! Everything was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert! We also received a very warm welcome. Even our little boy loved it. We'll be back! ☺️

I highly recommend this place! We had a wonderful time and the meal was delicious. The prices are very reasonable for such well-prepared dishes, and above all, everything is homemade! Nice, very good, pretty setting

Efficient and unbeatable value for money – that sums up our experience at this restaurant. Simple, homemade cuisine from start to finish and quick service. It's a pleasant place to be, and it makes you want to come back to enjoy the daily specials.

Good family cooking, a very simple menu, homemade from starters to dessert, we know why we come, and we are not disappointed. Just, with the pork tenderloin, I would have preferred a good jus rather than a sauce, but that's personal. Very good choice of Beaujolais, the Chénas was very pleasant. A good address!
