A truly wonderful discovery. I went for lunch today, Thursday, April 16th. I will definitely be back. A very warm welcome. Perfect, seamless service. The dishes were delicious. Very well cooked and beautifully presented. The ingredients are fresh and homemade. So, see you very soon! 🌺

Auberge la Herse

11/04/2026: I had a wonderful time at La Herse. The starter was excellent and the steak tartare perfectly prepared. The rice pudding was a slight disappointment, falling a little short of the rest of the meal, but overall, the experience was very positive. The quality of the ingredients is evident throughout. A reliable restaurant that I highly recommend if you're visiting the "Little Venice of the Beauce"!
05/04/2026: The food was very good and beautifully presented. The setting was pleasant. It's a shame there are no set menus, only à la carte options, as this makes the bill quite high... There was a long wait between courses.
