A pizza so enormous you can't finish it, a delicious duck shepherd's pie, a Coke (sorry!) where the lemon slice wasn't just forgotten, but twice as big as anywhere else! And ABOVE ALL: the warm welcome, the smiles, and the kindness of the owner and the waiter, whom we thank profusely. And NO, I'm not the owner's brother, I'm a delighted customer. And so I had a wonderful Sunday. See you soon!

Very well-run restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and went with our small dog without any problems. The owner is very pleasant. We ate well for an affordable price. (08/03/2026)

Auberge la Herse

11/04/2026: I had a wonderful time at La Herse. The starter was excellent and the steak tartare perfectly prepared. The rice pudding was a slight disappointment, falling a little short of the rest of the meal, but overall, the experience was very positive. The quality of the ingredients is evident throughout. A reliable restaurant that I highly recommend if you're visiting the "Little Venice of the Beauce"!
05/04/2026: The food was very good and beautifully presented. The setting was pleasant. It's a shame there are no set menus, only à la carte options, as this makes the bill quite high... There was a long wait between courses.
