It was not a win for this Truffle day. Blockages on the motorway forced us to improvise a new roadbook at the last moment but the day was very beautiful, bright sunshine, with a short trip into the Vercors and we were able to reach our destination via the small roads, no one on the road, great happiness. A big thank you to our hosts of the day Margerie and Vincent, from the Le Cercle restaurant in Rousset-les-Vignes. The meal lived up to our expectations and the welcome was very friendly. A very good culinary moment, in good company.

When we walk in the Provençal drome. We can't resist. The restaurant Le Cercle is a sublime restaurant in every way. A pretty room decorated with great taste. Impeccable tablecloths. Very well received, very friendly, really charming person. And then when we go to a restaurant it’s to enjoy good food. And the chef is a great chef... Its perfectly cooked deer back and great accompaniment., a delight and then its grand marnier soufflé!!!!!! You give us a great time. Thank you both. If you like good, real cuisine, and you want consideration and sympathy. The restaurant Le Cercle is enchanting. With for those who love good wine. A very good cellar

Moment unique dans un endroit magique. À l’entrée de Rousset les Vignes ce restaurant à la décoration raffinée et de très bon goût va vous emporter dans une sorte de tourbillon gustatif. L’accueil est très chaleureux et bienveillant. Les plats sont raffinés et dignes d’un chef étoilé. Tout est bien présenté, c’est goûteux. Le menu est composé de produits de saison et d’une fraîcheur irréprochable. Ce restaurant est une petite pépite de la gastronomie…merci à tous, vous nous avez gâtés et vous êtes de très belles personnes. La dame de Haute Savoie et sa maman
