I'm usually never disappointed by this restaurant and its exceptional setting. Unfortunately, the meal I had wasn't worth the price. The foie gras (€21) wasn't even served with toast; we had to eat it with the table bread. The beef was excellent, but the price (€42) wasn't justified with just fries and green beans. And as for the dessert, the panna cotta was far too gelatinous; it seemed more like a dense flan. This is just my opinion; I never thought I'd be writing this about this restaurant because I've never been disappointed before! Aside from that, the staff is very helpful, and the portions are generous.

A very nice restaurant, impeccable service, and a beautiful setting. The main course was excellent; the mashed potatoes and the mushroom sauce on the chicken supreme were equally delicious. I was a little disappointed by the dessert, which wasn't worth €14 (it was cold and seemed frozen). ⚠️ However, be aware that this restaurant engages in a "water bottle scam." They politely offer you some water at the beginning, then bring you a 1-liter bottle of regular Evian and charge you €8 for it. This price and these practices are outrageous and disrespectful for still water. Ask for a carafe of water, which will taste exactly the same, before receiving the bottled water.

Entering through the castle's magnificent driveway: a truly stunning setting! The view from the veranda is breathtaking. The food is excellent, offering great value for money. The service was impeccable—a huge thank you to Nicolas! We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant.
