The service and location were good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland, making it a great option if you're looking for accommodation close to the park. Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. For a 4-star hotel, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. They were not properly cleaned, and when we arrived, the room temperature was set to only 16°C according to the AC controller. Our children were freezing. The breakfast was also disappointing. We paid €22 per person, but the selection was very basic and far below what we would expect from a 4-star hotel. Another major issue was the smell in the room. After spending the day out, we returned to find a strong sewage-like odor. We had to keep the window open for several hours to get rid of the smell. Overall, the stay was okay, mainly because of the good location and friendly staff. However, considering the room condition, breakfast quality, and unpleasant odor, I do not believe this hotel offers the standard or value expected of a 4-star hotel.

We left your hotel very satisfied. The location of the hotel is very close to Disneyland, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The parking was free, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is also a bowling alley in the next building, where we had a great time as a family. We were happy with everything and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back again I would like to briefly share an experience I had with the hotel and how professionally the staff handled the situation. After returning home from my trip, I realized that I could not find my jewelry box. Tired from the journey, I contacted the hotel and mentioned that I was worried it might have been stolen. They responded very quickly and assured me that they would investigate and follow up immediately. A few hours later, I discovered that the jewelry box had not been lost at all — my daughter had placed it next to her toys. I felt very embarrassed and apologized to the staff right away. Please never doubt the hotel’s security. The staff are truly excellent, trustworthy, understanding, and incredibly helpful. I would like to thank them once again for their kindness and professionalism.

Fantastic hotel!!! The welcome was 5/5, and the hotel as a whole is well-maintained. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious, and well-soundproofed for a good night's sleep! The gym and pool are also excellent. The hotel also has a bowling alley 🎳, a bar, and a great Italian restaurant 🇮🇹. Thanks again, I'll be back!

Here's a suggested, objective, yet honest Google review that you can simply copy and paste: We stayed at the hotel as a family for a weekend and had a family room with two rooms (one for the children, one for us). The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and overall very nicely done. The parking situation was also positive – there were plenty of parking spaces. The swimming pool was fine. However, a few things bothered us: The bathroom/toilet area in the room is very open-plan, leaving little privacy. We didn't find this very appealing. On Friday and Saturday evenings, we could hear the bass from the bar/disco in our room. It was only a slight bass, but it woke me up several times, which significantly reduced our sleep comfort. On Sunday evening, we wanted to go to the bar ourselves for a drink, but it was closed. Apparently, the bar is only open on Fridays and Saturdays – but then it's a disco. This is rather inconvenient for guests who simply want to sit quietly and enjoy a drink in the evening. The bar at reception looks very inviting, but we never actually saw it open during our stay, not even in the evenings. This is especially disappointing because there are hardly any nice alternatives in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is located in a rather industrial area, and the town next door is quite basic. There are some good fast-food options, but few truly cozy restaurants or bars where you can sit outside and enjoy the evening. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the train station. However, with temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius, this wasn't pleasant for us, so we mostly used Uber (around €10 per ride). We went swimming on two days, and on both days there were no large towels. Even after we complained at reception and were promised towels, none arrived. This was disappointing. ... Overall: The hotel itself, the rooms and the parking facilities are fine, but noise pollution from the bar/disco, the very limited bar opening hours, the unattractive surroundings and the problems with the towels in the swimming pool do spoil the overall impression.

I really enjoyed it, but there are a few drawbacks to mention. We booked a premium double room, but the bed was actually two separate beds with a double sheet on top. So, when we wanted to be in the middle to enjoy the space, we were in the gap between the beds. The sauna and steam room weren't working when we arrived, which was a shame. Otherwise, our stay was still pleasant!

The location of this hotel is very close to Dianeyland (10-14 Eur Bolt ride), to Paris (20-27 Eur Bolt ride). Beautiful, spacious rooms, equipped with refrigerator, microwave. Nearby is a very well-stocked InterMarche, with very good prices, where you can find everything you want in terms of food. Mrs. Raluca, the receptionist of this hotel, helped us a lot, was very attentive to our needs, which made our stay at this hotel very nice! Thank you, Mrs. Raluca!

A particularly lovely hotel. Restaurant and bowling alley nearby. Amazing pool. We had a wonderful time as a family.

Regarding our stay at the Paxton Hotel, my children and I were very satisfied. The pool and hammam were lovely; I particularly appreciated being able to keep an eye on my children from the hammam. I greatly appreciated the warm welcome at reception. The staff were very friendly, and the chambermaids and room attendants were also very welcoming and attentive.
