Always excellent.
We've been going to Le Chai de Fages for several years now, and we've never been disappointed.
A menu regularly updated according to seasonal produce, meticulous presentation, and staff of rare kindness these days.
A place I highly recommend; a sure bet.

We came for Valentine's Day and enjoyed the food; it was well-prepared and refined. However, we had to wait an hour to be served, and the starter arrived before the amuse-bouche... After that, the course flowed smoothly, but it was a long wait. The service was good, but one particular woman complained loudly and quite a bit 😅 Good luck with the rest of your visit.

Excellent meal served without any fuss by a family team. Everything is fresh and homemade, including the desserts. The decor is tasteful. In short, it's a must-try restaurant, especially since the prices are reasonable. Special mention for the foie gras. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful meal: the meat was truly exceptional and the dishes were excellent from start to finish. We had booked for my mother's 80th birthday, but there was a mix-up with their reservations, which made for a slightly stressful and tense start to the service. Fortunately, once the situation was cleared up, the welcome became much more pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A restaurant we highly recommend!
