We received a professional welcome from the moment we arrived, courtesy of the restaurant manager. The setting is authentic and exceptionally well-maintained, with a beautifully set table.
The cuisine is refined, both in flavor and presentation; each dish is a true delight for the eyes and the palate.
The service was impeccable from start to finish, with a special mention for our server: elegant, attentive, and highly professional.
A very enjoyable experience, with the added bonus of excellent value for money. I highly recommend this establishment.

Always excellent.
We've been going to Le Chai de Fages for several years now, and we've never been disappointed.
A menu regularly updated according to seasonal produce, meticulous presentation, and staff of rare kindness these days.
A place I highly recommend; a sure bet.

We came for Valentine's Day and enjoyed the food; it was well-prepared and refined. However, we had to wait an hour to be served, and the starter arrived before the amuse-bouche... After that, the course flowed smoothly, but it was a long wait. The service was good, but one particular woman complained loudly and quite a bit 😅 Good luck with the rest of your visit.

Excellent meal served without any fuss by a family team. Everything is fresh and homemade, including the desserts. The decor is tasteful. In short, it's a must-try restaurant, especially since the prices are reasonable. Special mention for the foie gras. We'll be back!
