Good evening, we were there for lunch on Sunday, January 4th. A very, very warm welcome, Sam, an extraordinary waiter, and a handsome guy to boot 🤣. Okay, let's get down to business. First of all, thank you to your entire team, from the bar to the kitchen, everything is so perfect. And then, the chef... If someone had told me one day, "You'll be eating pine cones," I would certainly have said, "Yes, yes, that's right, and marmot," but honestly, it's amazing! From the bone marrow to the octopus stew, not forgetting the charcuterie platter, wow! For dessert, Sam told me, "Light, perfect, light, spot on."
