Excellent meal in a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We received a rather unusual welcome, with the remark that you can't pay by card, only cash. No problem. Glad this restaurant is open off-season. And what a surprise both the service and the food were. The 400-gram ribeye steak was excellent, and the canneloni was superb. Highly recommended - definitely go!

A spontaneous lunch on January 2nd at 1:30 pm... We thought everything would be closed. Arriving at the Chalet just in time, they found us a table for eight even though the restaurant was full (on January 2nd at lunchtime!) and we all had a wonderful meal. The cannelloni with brocciu cheese cooked over a wood fire was amazing, the penne alla carbonara was just like in Italy, and the 400g wood-fired grilled ribeye had an extraordinary flavor we won't soon forget. The potatoes were almost caramelized, and it was pure bliss. I recommend it 100%!

I ate one of the best fish dishes of my life. The food was cleverly prepared with fresh ingredients. There was a slice of mandarin orange that added an exceptional flavor. I highly recommend it.

In addition to its warm atmosphere, the chalet boasts a delicious and gourmet cuisine. Furthermore, the staff and owner are delightful. You're sure to have a very pleasant time. A must-visit in Calvi that will tantalize your taste buds.

What a fantastic restaurant!!! We stumbled upon it completely by chance; we were squid fishing nearby. To begin with, this restaurant is truly beautiful, both inside and out. The wood, the fireplace, and the lighting create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Then the dishes arrived, and what a delight! I ordered two appetizers: the onion soup and the zucchini and brocciu puff pastry, bursting with flavor and incredibly refined. The soup was even more amazing—it was so delicious! My husband ordered the Italian steak tartare with potatoes, and it was absolutely divine! Full of flavor, and the potatoes were fantastic too!!! The desserts were also to die for: rice pudding for me, lemon cream for my sweetheart. Pure bliss! Thank you, it's been a long time since I've enjoyed a meal so much!
