First time the service wasn't great. I was served by several people. I had to ask for a carafe of water five times before finally getting it.
I was disappointed. The meal itself was good.

A warm welcome awaits you, with a manager who is incredibly knowledgeable about wines and a team of smiling, highly professional waitresses. The dishes may seem simple, but they are full of flavor and subtle nuances. Tonight, we were blown away by the dessert, which was exceptionally high-quality and offered a wonderful variety of tastes. And let's not forget the charming and inviting decor... I return every two weeks for work, but it's the culinary experience that brings me a ray of sunshine in Alsace. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

We ordered a set menu and a Salmon Gravelax starter (€16) as a main course (billed at €29). The main course (salmon) was delicious, with the beetroot remaining very subtle. The menu was also very well received.
Only the dessert was a little too sweet for me (Zéphyr chocolate cake).
The service and advice were very pleasant.
The setting is pleasant; we will be back.
