A perfect restaurant, air-conditioned, with a shaded outdoor terrace in a verdant setting, and very kind and professional waitresses. As for the food... it's excellent quality, with a variety of very generous and refined menus. I highly, highly, highly recommend it!

We have generally always been satisfied, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time.
We exceptionally purchased a PriviDEAL voucher valid until the end of the month.
Unfortunately, my partner had very serious health problems, requiring a four-week hospital stay, and she is still not fully recovered, as she has difficulty getting around.
Therefore, we called the restaurant manager to explain the situation and ask to extend the voucher's validity. The response was negative, and the tone was very aggressive, making it clear that it wasn't his problem, despite our offer to send him a copy of the hospital report.
I wanted to inform people about the restaurant's lack of courtesy.

We had lunch there today. Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, impeccable service, and a superb Easter menu, including an excellent strawberry dessert. The staff were young and attentive; it was a very good choice and we will be back.

It was a real treat!!
Like every year, we eagerly awaited our annual lunch with friends at "Chalet de l'Hôtel," and we were not disappointed.
The young service team is welcoming and warm, both on the phone and in the dining room.
And the menu was, as always, delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert.
Well done! And we will be back this summer to enjoy the lovely terrace.
