What a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The welcome was very warm, especially towards the children. We were seated in a very quiet, secluded area. I was delighted to discover that horse meat was served, which isn't very common. Whether you like this type of meat or not, the dish itself was beautifully presented and delicious. The dessert was equally delicious. It was a real gem. See you soon!

A wonderful experience at Chalet de l’Hôtel! The pork belly was excellent, and the gratin was delicious too—a real treat. Special mention goes to the service: the young, brunette waitress was lovely and always smiling throughout. She was very helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I celebrated my 70th birthday at the "Le Chalet de l'Hôtel" restaurant.
My 39 guests loved the warm atmosphere and appreciated the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient, yet always courteous. The meal was delicious from start to finish. Everything was perfect. Thank you to Mr. Frey and his entire team for this wonderful evening. I will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant.

A top-notch restaurant that's an absolute must-try:
A stunning wine list and unique discoveries of wines from around the world, curated by a passionate young expert.
A restaurant with an attentive team, impeccable service, and views of the forest on one side and the kitchen brigade on the other.
Bold cocktails and exquisitely presented dishes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and didn't want to leave the table of the owner, Nicolas Frey!
We look forward to repeating this experience at this restaurant, located 15 minutes from Strasbourg in the heart of Lipsheim.

Hi, we had a Groupon voucher and discovered a fantastic restaurant hidden away in the countryside, very cozy... the dishes were refined and generous, the waitresses and waiters were incredibly attentive, we'll definitely be back!

A well-deserved 5/5 for this restaurant! I've been almost ten times to enjoy their regularly changing menu. Each time, I'm surprised by the offerings, the quality, and the flavors of the dishes.
