A superb experience in La Biolle, and especially at La Table des Bauges! The menu is simply fantastic, with original and perfectly executed dishes showcasing local produce. Each dish is both stylish and elegant, and absolutely delicious—a true feast for the eyes and the palate. Each dish is explained in detail, whether by the owner or the chef, making the experience even more enjoyable and immersive. We also enjoyed delightful amuse-bouches with our aperitif, a very thoughtful touch. Special mention goes to the homemade bread: a true marvel, with a perfect crust and a flavorful crumb—it's hard not to ask for more. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this gourmet and refined experience. I will definitely be back!

Located halfway between Aix-les-Bains and Annecy, this restaurant is a true gem. You'll begin with a warm welcome, followed by a clear explanation of the meal, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients, all homemade. The amuse-bouches offer a tantalizing glimpse of what's to come. The dishes are light, flavorful, and exquisitely refined. I highly recommend this lovely gourmet restaurant.

A wonderful discovery just 10 minutes from Aix-les-Bains! The 100% homemade cuisine is a true delight. The ingredients are seasonal, and it shows in every dish: dishes prepared with great finesse, both in terms of taste and presentation, which is meticulous and elegant. The dining room is lovely, the decor refined, and the atmosphere particularly calm and pleasant. Special mention goes to the €26 set menu, which offers excellent value for money. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and one I will gladly return to!

A wonderful discovery! Everything here is homemade, even the bread and ice cream. The atmosphere is cozy and the service impeccable! Fresh ingredients, original dishes... A real treat! We will gladly return to try other dishes on the menu.

Discovered this lovely roadside restaurant on the way to La Biolle, with quality cuisine featuring seasonal produce and, above all, everything handmade, right down to the bread – a rarity these days! The food is original and beautifully presented, and the table service is excellent. Just one small drawback: the plates were almost cold... A little extra heat from the oven would be nice 😉 Otherwise, great value for money 👍 I highly recommend it.
