Un moment hors du temps Randonnée en vélo, épuisés nous nous sommes arrêté devant ce chalet qui était fermé afin de faire une pause, l'endroit est tellement atypique et paisible. Puis : une voiture s'est garé, un homme nous salut et nous informe qu'il vient faire l'ouverture. Nous n'avions qu'une carte bancaire sur nous alors que ce charmant chalet ne dispose pas du lecteur bancaire... PAS DE PROBLEME ! Le patron nous a offert 2 expressos de bon cœur et de bonne humeur. Nous avons discuté un instant en compagnie de cette personne très agréable . L'expresso, juste un délice... Nous nous sommes promis de revenir le lendemain afin de lui régler ce gentil geste commercial et voilà qu'il nous offre, de nouveau et toujours avec bienveillance une crêpe au caramel. J'ai appris que ce cuisinier avait obtenu une excellente place reconnue par la haute gastronomie tout par hasard. Un vrai régal, en plus d'être un excellent professionnel, c'est une personne généreuse et serviable. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain. Prenez le temps de vous arrêtez et vous vivrez un pur instant de bonheur et découvrirez des personnes humaines et formidables. Bonne continuation.

Small discreet cabin in a very beautiful park. You can enjoy the pancakes on the banks of the pond, along the barley promenade. Excellent welcome by the owner who loves showing us his new products. Without hesitation, these are my favorite pancakes and waffles. Special mention also for the homemade jams.
