Le Chalet du Pèr'Sillé sur Huez

A very warm welcome at this restaurant, where I hadn't managed to book a table this winter 😉. The pork tapilla was excellent, but I was a little disappointed by the ribeye steak, which was too thin and had too much herbes de Provence… It's a shame they didn't have draft beer, but it's not really the place to drink it anyway 😁. Very good desserts to finish.

Highly recommended: the meats are delicious, the fries are just perfect. All served with friendliness. Special mention for the tiramisu.

Excellent restaurant! Quality is guaranteed!

We had a wonderful meal here while we were enjoying a weeks skiing. The steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked but the highlight for me was the profiterole - almost the size of my head. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the service was warm and well paced.

This is what dining is all about, the menu is simple, and executed perfectly. This is one of the very best meals I have ever had, so reasonably priced for the quality. I look forward to visiting again when next in Alpe d'huez.

Delicious! We went twice in one week... The fondue is very good, as are the flame-grilled meats. Blueberry ice cream and VEP yellow Chartreuse as a digestif... perfect. The service is excellent, the waitress is lovely and smiling. I highly recommend it!

The ribeye steak was excellent, the fondue was also very good and very generous. The welcome was very pleasant, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere was like a mountain retreat.
