A superb gastronomic experience in an exceptional setting. The refined cuisine showcases local produce with originality yet simplicity, in a warm and intimate atmosphere. The dining room decor is very well done. I particularly enjoyed the open kitchen, allowing you to watch the team at work and get up close to the chefs. And the sunset over Lake Bourget on the horizon... I was delighted to discover the restaurant during its first week of opening. Bravo!

We had a wonderful experience at Chalet du Sire. The new owners have truly succeeded in preserving the spirit of the chalet and the region, while also incorporating a focus on gastronomy.

The warm and elegant setting invites you to disconnect, and the attentive and genuine service perfectly complements the experience.
