Le Chalet Florimont sur Saint-Ferreol

Staying at the Hotel Florimont with my little dog, I had the pleasure of having lunch and then dinner at the Le Chalet Florimont restaurant, located within the hotel. Where to begin, as the welcome and professionalism of the staff are truly remarkable? You immediately feel welcome and perfectly taken care of throughout the meal. As for the food, it's simply incredible. In the evening, I indulged in two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert… and I would have gladly tried everything on the menu, as each dish was so delicious. The plates were as beautiful as they were tasty, with a refined and elegant presentation. I highly recommend this exceptional establishment. Congratulations to the chef and his entire team for this magnificent culinary experience.

Excellent restaurant in a pleasant setting, and the staff are lovely too. The food and presentation are superb, with a Valrhona chocolate pine cone for dessert that was a perfect 20/20! What a presentation for that dessert, with the pear inside!! Congratulations!

Excellent meal cooked with local/fresh produce - delicious! We both have the Menu Florimont which was excellent value. Both waitresses were very friendly and efficient, pacing our different courses. A lovely birthday meal - thank you.

A wonderful experience for our 12th wedding anniversary. The meal was delicious, and the portions were just right to enjoy the appetizers and dessert. I highly recommend it and would gladly return.

We made a reservation for five people for an evening birthday celebration. We chose the Florimont Hotel restaurant to discover this place so close to home. We left delighted; we had an excellent evening, a delicious meal, impeccable and attentive service, and a beautifully decorated setting. We'll definitely be back!
