Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

Perfect. From arrival to check-out, everything was top-notch. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. We thoroughly enjoyed the food all three days. Special mention for the scallop stew and the fondues. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team, and see you soon!

28/02/2026: The food is excellent! We are a table of 8 (mixed English and French) lots of different tastes to please and they delivered - amazing burgers , the most sensational magret de canard with vegetable I’ve tasted in 17yrs living in France and the tartiflette was huge and delicious the staff are fine they are just bery busy -totally understandable - when they are not stressed with the rush they are friendly and take time to make sure alls ok - this is normal for lunchtime rushes! The food is the best I’ve had in a long time thank you!
30/01/2026: Very pleasant waitress. Excellent value for money; I recommend the delicious and generous fondue bourguignonne. We will be back.

10/03/2026: Fifth time and truly, another perfect stay. 5/5 in every way!!! The entire team was incredibly welcoming. The room was clean and very well-equipped. This year, I had the pleasure of booking the prestige room with its jacuzzi ❤️❤️❤️ and 30 minutes of sauna per day. The restaurant for dinner (half-board option) has an excellent menu. A very wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. Everything is homemade and of high quality. I highly recommend it. The chef is outstanding and truly knows how to cook. The table service is impeccable. A big thank you to Margaux and her parents. Breakfast also deserves high marks, especially for the marble cake and the cake 😉, the delicious bread, and the delectable pastries. A very good mark also goes to Dominique, who takes excellent care of the rooms. Always attentive. The entire Blanche Neige team is truly: Kind, professional, and attentive to their guests. The hotel's location is simply impeccable. My wife and I are already looking forward to returning. I highly, highly, highly recommend it.
26/02/2026: It's always a pleasure to stay at Blanche Neige. The prestige room is wonderful, the dinner is hearty and excellent, and the breakfast is delicious, both savory and sweet. The staff is lovely and attentive to their guests, not forgetting Noisette, the hotel's mascot. Cleanliness is impeccable. The location is ideal.
