I can say that every aspect of the lunch was absolutely perfect. As soon as we arrived, the warm welcome and the atmosphere put us at ease.
The menu offers a nice variety of dishes, each prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the entrecôte which was excellent. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who were able to respond to all our requests.
The setting is charming and offers an ideal atmosphere for the meal. From starter to dessert, every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. We will definitely come back!

Regarding quality and taste, nothing to complain about, total perfection. On the other hand the waiter, who screams and I mean said who screams while calling the cook Junior, and who gesticulates like a weather vane, I'm sorry no of course it's not a 5 star restaurant in the Michelin guide but a minimum of tranquility for savor his dishes all my congratulations to the cook by the way, I would like to point out that I am not a vacationer, but someone from Marseillan. Thank you again for this good meal.

Like every year, we are going to eat at Chalut.
We took the menu for 30 Euros.
This one is very hearty and deliciously good.
Excellent welcome, services and atmosphere at the top.
For sure, we will come back next year.
Above all, don't change anything.

On vacation at Marseillan beach we discovered Le Chalut. The term "menu" takes on its full meaning both in terms of quality and quantity without forgetting the presentation. Everything is perfect without forgetting a major asset: the welcoming and friendly staff. Warm atmosphere.
