Le Chamadou - FERMÉ sur Saintes-Maries-De-La-Mer

We didn't like the beef. It was very tough and rubbery to chew. The beef dishes are not recommended. It's also a shame that they serve canned drinks.

Family dinner, two adults and two children. Friendly atmosphere. Generous mixed appetizers, excellent grilled fish, and tender Taureau steaks. Good food and excellent ingredients. The cheese selection is also recommended. A pleasant evening, thanks in part to the very friendly staff.

The staff were very welcoming; we came for my husband's and brother-in-law's birthdays. They had prepared a candle for each of us, which we found a very kind gesture, and we also ate very well.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. We come every summer and are never disappointed. I recommend it.

Excellent restaurant in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. We enjoyed a Côte de Taureau (bull steak) and a Gardiane de Taureau (bull stew), and both dishes were delicious. The cuisine was generous, full of flavor, and prepared with great care. A big thank you to Clémon for his warm welcome and impeccable service. The entire team was extremely friendly and welcoming. The icing on the cake was meeting the chef at the end of our meal and taking some photos together. A warm team, excellent cuisine, and a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend it. 5 stars.

We ate here three times during our vacation. The selection of vegan/vegetarian dishes is fantastic. I had read in reviews beforehand that the vegan steak is more like a "potato burger" filled with vegetables. A bit confusing, since you usually imagine a steak to be a meat substitute. But for me, it was perfect, because I don't like (industrially produced) meat substitutes. The fries were excellent. There was also nothing to complain about with the goat cheese gratin with vegetables and quinoa. The meat dishes were also very good. So, this restaurant is a great recommendation for all vegetarian-meat-eating couples. :) The staff was very friendly!

A very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and pleasant. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the meat (for example) is cooked perfectly. The waiter was young but very professional. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Best regards to the team!
