Everything was absolutely perfect

We just discovered this wonderful, intimate restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a cozy atmosphere. The service was impeccable, attentive, and they even offered wine tastings if you're undecided. We appreciated the chef's presence before our departure. So, constructive criticism if we're aiming for perfection: regarding the starter, the shrimp could perhaps have used a touch more flavor (samphire, for example, or curry). For the dessert, perhaps a tuile, a mint leaf, or a redcurrant on the fondant would have been nice. But again, I'm just looking for something to criticize. In conclusion, a magnificent experience and a restaurant worth discovering. We will be back. See you soon… Cat and Phil
