Le Chardon Bleu sur Chaspinhac

A huge thank you to the new team at Le Chardon Bleu who saved our wedding meal. We had a wonderful time thanks to you and enjoyed delicious food (special mention for the exotic Bavarian cream). The service was seamless and professional, and your welcome was very warm. We will definitely be back for another occasion, or even just for no particular reason.

We stumbled upon this place and had lunch at Le Chardon Bleu. A very warm welcome from a lovely duo. Refined cuisine featuring local produce. The chilled pea soup with crispy prosciutto was excellent and refreshing after our hike up the Corboeuf Ravine. And let's not forget the little gift at the end of our meal: homemade infused rum 😉 A wonderful discovery. Céline & Franck

First time at this restaurant; if you're on a diet, this isn't for you 🙂 Very generous portions (dodge bag available), excellent food, the waitress even offered to change a sauce if it wasn't to her liking. Warm welcome, I recommend this restaurant, parking nearby.

Restaurant found by chance! Highly recommended. The service is top-notch, the food is beyond excellent (especially considering the chef works alone!), and the owners are so friendly! In short, go without hesitation!
