What an amazing week in Saint Martin, especially at Eskis where we had lunch three times! Everything was perfect for a fantastic time! 🤩 The whole team is incredibly enthusiastic and shares their good vibes. The food is absolutely divine (beautiful, delicious, and generous portions!). I think we tried almost everything: the salads, the burgers (the New Yorker is to die for 😋), the ravioli gratin, and the beef bourguignon. Big shout-out to Celime who pampered us, to Edgar who treated us to such wonderful meals, and to the owner who has the best team in the whole resort!!! Excellent culinary experience. The onion soup was delicious. The entrecote was cooked to perfection and very well accompanied. And the sausages in wine... "Bravo!" I'll definitely be back.
