We received a very warm welcome; the staff were very friendly and pleasant. However, the breakfast was disappointing: €15 for a meal with no fruit, only white bread, no cereal, limited variety, and nothing was replenished even though we hadn't arrived until the end of service. A shame.

You will receive a very warm welcome at this ideally located hotel, perfect for ski-in/ski-out access. The service is efficient and responsive to any special requests. The hotel restaurant is excellent. A highly recommended place to stay.

A very well-run hotel, attentive staff, right at the foot of the slopes with parking and a restaurant service that delivers for both guests and pizza orders, deserves all the praise from a seasoned traveler 👍👍👍

09/08/2026: We arrived in Risoul yesterday... first experience last night... given the time it took us to get to the resort, we hadn't eaten lunch... so my husband had an XXL burger... absolutely delicious... generous portion and tasty... and tonight, a porcini mushroom fondue... a huge pot for two, and so good... The service was top-notch, the waiter was incredibly kind, and the owner was lovely... I highly recommend it... Wagner 😉

We've never been disappointed in years, coming here winter and summer, and for every meal, we wouldn't go anywhere else, whether it's lunch or dinner. High-quality, generous portions, impeccable and fairly quick service. Ideal location. Dogs are welcome and well-treated; bowls are provided. Very clean, nothing to complain about.

25/02/2026: At midday during peak ski season, we were inevitably cramped. The service was impeccable and quite fast, and the food was good, probably homemade. However, there was a bit of a wait for coffee at the end of service.
