Le Chardon Bleu sur Risoul

30/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The food was excellent, and we received a very warm welcome. As it was the end of the season, some dishes on the menu were indeed unavailable. However, contrary to what I've read in some reviews, we were informed of this by the waiter, who took the time to explain the options and was very attentive, pleasant, and professional throughout the meal. This wasn't a problem for us at all. We also had a very good experience with the Roquefort sauce: it truly tasted like Roquefort! The portions were also generous and delicious. Regarding the service, we arrived around 7 pm and noticed other customers arriving later. Personally, we didn't find the welcome cold, unpleasant, or rushed at all. On the contrary, the manager greeted her customers warmly, and she and the staff came to ask us several times if everything was alright. This just goes to show how the same situation can be experienced very differently depending on the person and the circumstances. Thank you to the whole team for the delicious meal and the wonderful time. We'll gladly come back! 😊
