We were so satisfied that we are considering returning there next year. Very friendly staff. Very good food and ideal location.

The hotel is perfect but the staff is not the best

Hotel very well located in the station with its private parking the meals are very good also the breakfast also very generous however the rooms and corridors lack a little modernity The staff is attentive we will come back for a weekend Risoul

An ideally located hotel. A very warm welcome with particularly attentive and extremely pleasant staff. A generous and varied breakfast. Spacious and comfortable rooms, top bedding. Impeccable cleanliness. The various services offered by the hotel (bar, restaurant, luggage storage services, relaxation area) are a real plus for a superior stay. A good address to remember. A big thank you to the whole team and see you next year. 😊

I am torn between the fact that the staff, the location and the parking are of course great but unfortunately the decor of the hotel, the decor of the rooms, the bathrooms have been in their original style for 30 or 40 years. It's not worth a 3 star and almost €500 for half board for 3 is not worth it either. The evening meal: a semblance of a tartiflette where there was more crème fraîche than Reblochon: in short, anything but a tartiflette. The only little extra: a nice jacuzzi and private sauna for around €50 per hour.

Very good hotel near the slopes. Welcoming staff.

Hotel at the foot of the slopes, but be careful, few rooms have a beautiful view, for our part we overlooked the parking lot. When we arrived there was a smell of sewage coming up in the bathroom which stank up the whole room. The TV only worked from channel 20 to 25. We were on the 1st floor above the restaurant so a lot of noise until 11:00 p.m. every evening. Otherwise very kind staff, good breakfast, cleaning done every day and good bedding. In summary a good 2 star but not a 3 star and ask not to be on the 1st floor!

Agréable séjour passé au Chardon bleu. Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire de l’hôtel, très sympathique souriant et disponible à toutes nos demandes. La carte du restaurant est variée, les plats sont excellents et les prix sont très abordables. Je recommande fortement l’établissement pour des vacances reposantes aux pieds des pistes

Hem acabat en aquest hotel accidentalment, després que la nostra reserva Airbnb ens deixes sense allotjament a última hora. Ens han posat les coses molt fàcils. Atenció excel·lent. L'estació, es força gran, l'hotel està a peu de pista. Molt bon ambient, també a la tarda amb una terrassa a peu de pista amb bar, crepería,...molt recomanable!!!
