Passing through Valmeinier, we stopped at this restaurant: not the dream customers (a stroller, a dog) and we were seated well before lunch time. But we were able to have a drink while waiting and afterwards the service was fast and impeccable and for the dishes excellent value for money. Don't hesitate to stop

Authentic cuisine, warm welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Top cheese fondue. I've been going there for a dozen years already and all the local dishes are top notch.

2023 Very friendly place, a treat for family meals. 3 meals at home during the holidays, we will enjoy you and your dishes. 2024 same observation place and friendly people. The dishes remain as good with new additions.

Les Lauzes

26/08/2024: We spent a week in Valmenier where Les Lauzes gradually became our canteen 😉. We started on the terrace with a good regional pint and ended several times with meals.... Raclette, fondue, all-you-can-eat tartiflette evening and others. The dishes are generous with good value for money for the place, the desserts are excellent including the pistachio crème brûlée. Géraldine and Remi take great care and provide good advice for nearby activities. I recommend this bar / restaurant you will not be disappointed. And thank you to Géraldine and Rémi for the welcome, advice and sympathy, good luck to you and see you next year 😉
24/08/2024: Beautiful terrace, quick service after a nice hike, a little Savoie white and a very fresh double shandy and with a smile, well done and see you tomorrow evening to taste your risotto 😋😋😋😋😋
