We had lunch at this restaurant today. The dishes were excellent, flavorful, and well-prepared. Congratulations to the entire kitchen team. Unfortunately, the service marred our experience. The atmosphere was extremely tense, with a lot of shouting and arguing between the kitchen and the dining room, which the customers could clearly hear. The stress was palpable, and this made the meal rather unpleasant. The owner seemed very irritated and at no point displayed a welcoming manner or attitude that put the customers at ease. This tension was felt throughout the entire dining room. However, a big thank you to Arthur, the waiter, who did everything he could with professionalism and kindness despite a clearly very difficult situation. We also saw at least five tables turned away because the wait was too long. Everything suggests that the establishment is understaffed, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. It's a real shame, because the food deserves much better. The atmosphere was so oppressive that we decided to cut our meal short: we skipped dessert and coffee. We sincerely hope the team can be strengthened, as this restaurant has real potential.

The food was excellent, very generous portions with lots of vegetables, everything was great, I'll definitely go back. The waitress was fantastic.
