Reservation made for 6 on a Tuesday evening. Very warm welcome and superb cuisine. Very impressed by the quality and especially the quantity of the dishes, considering what's available everywhere else these days. Thank you for everything!

For our Saturday outing, we had booked for 12:30 pm and weren't disappointed by the welcome. What surprised me most was the Chastel flan. As a die-hard flan fan, I was blown away by the taste, and especially by the maître d'hôtel, the famous "Elie" (I'm not sure if that's his real name), I just heard him say it. He single-handedly creates the atmosphere in the dining room and knows how to entertain the customers with his phrase "surprise me" when ordering drinks. I loved it, he's amazing! 💪🏾 Thanks again for this wonderful experience!

Excellent experience at Le Chastel, which offered a superb end-of-year meal to my team. With refined, gourmet, and generous cuisine, the dishes were a hit with everyone, as beautiful as they were delicious. I had lunch on a rainy Sunday with my partner, my sister, and my brother-in-law. We absolutely loved it! We were so delighted, in fact, that we were almost too quiet to express our appreciation for the delicious food the restaurant provided! The staff is fantastic. I didn't get their names, which was my mistake, but the three of them who were there that lunchtime, I have to say bravo! I've never been so warmly welcomed in a restaurant! A huge thank you for this wonderful shared experience, which I've shared with my friends and family, and I highly recommend it to everyone I spend my Sunday with and to anyone reading this review. I will definitely be back! It's the best money I've ever spent, as a big eater! We tried: truffle tart as a starter, followed by prawn risotto, Provençal beef stew, and truffle pasta!

Excellent meal. Very welcoming restaurant.

We came as a couple on Sunday at lunchtime; a very good restaurant near the Aix courthouse. The food is excellent, especially the truffle pasta and the beef stew. Everything is homemade and prepared in the traditional style. The desserts are very good. Kudos to the front-of-house and kitchen staff.

The food was excellent, our server was amazing, full of humor and very pleasant. The service was rather slow, which is a shame. We had a very good time, but you shouldn't be in a hurry.
