We thoroughly enjoyed it; it could have used a tiny bit more seasoning, but the dish was very well prepared.

Tonight we enjoyed a fantastic evening at "Le Chat" with 6 persons. The location is special, the service perfect and we felt very welcome. An extra compliment for the chef. Each course was a surprise in flavours, fresh ingrediants and taste. We can only advise you to go to this restaurant and enjoy such a special experience as we did! Must go!

Beautiful restaurant with fantastic food. Excellent for gluten free options and delightful setting. We were just disappointed that we only visited on the last day of our holiday, otherwise we would have gone back for more. Amazing

A fantastic restaurant, very pleasant and charming atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming service, and delicious food. The tapas concept is great. It's not quite what we're used to in Germany. But now we've experienced it and we absolutely have to try it again!

It's in the middle of nowhere… and that's probably why it's so charming… Despite the heatwave, lunch was delightful. The cuisine is creative, original, and… delicious: nuanced, delicate… served on beautiful tableware.

The concept is gourmet tapas meant for sharing. The presentation is beautiful and very refined.
The setting is magnificent, overlooking the Canal du Midi, and the service is impeccable.
