Unfortunately, it is the only café in Versailles where you can meet in a nice atmosphere. The only problem is the toilets which have always left something to be desired but I think it's a "French disease" not to leave these places clean and I'm always surprised that people manage to break everything because they don't know not use anything. We respect the places and we leave them CLEAN please.😡

Endroit vraiment sympa pour manger, travaillant à coté j'y vais régulièrement, le personnel du midi et sympathique, les plats délicieux j'y retournerais sans hésitation.

Accueil et service agréable. Repas très correct avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Un peu bruyant puisque c’est également un « bistrot ».

23/03/2024: I don't know if heaven exists but I can say that it has a branch on earth at Gaulupeau because my God the cakes are good, an angelic delight. In the tea room, with its cozy atmosphere, we succumbed to 3 cakes, each more divine than the last, with the sweet names of “Purple”, “Success” and “Millefeuille praline”. All served by the young Eva, who takes great care of the customers and always with a smile. Well, we'll leave you, we'll rush across the street to go and confess (it's necessary) in the church across the street for having succumbed to sweet temptation.😉 After 3 Pater nosters and 2 Ave Marias, we will come back 😊 to find our holy sweet trinity. Well done to the pastry chefs.
12/03/2024: My daughter's birthday at home. Lunch cocktail delivered by Maison Gaulupeau. 2 discreet, efficient and very friendly butlers. Everything was perfect . A very nice party, everyone had a great time. Experience to be repeated! Well done

07/09/2024: Dinner: Shrimp salad / veal chop with porcini mushroom and foie gras sauce / Mirabelle plum casserole - all dishes were delicious as always
15/08/2024: Dishes from Lyon gastronomy, hot cervelas, cervelle de canuts, warm chicken liver cake, those are just the starters!! Kidneys with port sauce, black pudding tatin, pike dumplings..... The tradition of regional French cuisine, served in a cheerful atmosphere thanks to the staff who go to great lengths to satisfy you. A new team in the kitchen at the top. Special mention for our favorite server who will recognize himself!!!!
