Le Château de la Terrasse sur Carbonne

I recommend this restaurant 100%, both the welcome and the service as well as the very refined catering. We have been customers for 1 year and I will say that the staff does its best to satisfy customers, this cocooning place has become our favorite restaurant, thank you all. the staff

We weren't able to try the restaurant because we came on a Sunday, but the welcome was top notch and the place was very charming. I would have liked to have stayed one more night 😀 plus the bedding was excellent. Only recommendation: change the coffee machine at breakfast 😁 and be able to have real cappuccino style coffees or something else would be great!

Siamo stati in questo posto durante un viaggio verso il Portogallo. Prenotato all'ultimo momento ci siamo sistemati in un appartamento super. Oltre a ciò abbiamo cenato nella struttura in mezzo al verde.

Very nice setting, good catering

Having already been here several times, we hoped to find the Terrasse restaurant as we had known it. The change of location allows for another pleasant setting which highlights this house and its pond. On the other hand, in terms of food, a pink cooking for duck comes back perfectly (for the 3 plates), a blue duck breast comes back pink. The puffs of the profiteroles are dry and really not soft (for homemade it’s like frozen). And the service, the servers are polite and courteous, but why not have one server per table or table group, we were able to see all the servers at our table. When there is a delay or a problem during cooking, it is more pleasant and respectful to warn directly, rather than it being up to us to ask why things are dragging, a lack of whipped cream 30 minutes of waiting... The dishes untrained 30 min yet For a dinner: 3 hours is too much!

Go there with your eyes closed. Copious plates. Very nice place. Impeccable service with a smile

Lunch with friends, first time, I really liked the setting, the old buildings around, the very large, more modern room. Aperitif with some olives and a puff pastry, quite nice. I chose a duck shepherd's pie, to my taste no interest, bland, dry, not enough duck, not hearty enough. Dessert, profiteroles, good and generous. The classic service, 4 different people during the meal while very few people, I like less. Average set, perhaps to retest...

Frankly the setting is magnificent, but that's all. The food was not amazing and the service rushed. Damage !

Dans une rue éloignée et un peu triste du village de Carbonne ce restaurant est surprenant avec sa grande salle agréablement. Sa cuisine est régionale avec des produits du pays. Confits, très beaux et bons magrets, foie gras ...... La carte des desserts est assez complète de même que la carte des boissons. Rien à dire c'était un bon moment
