An absolutely incredible restaurant. Since the reopening, we feel right at home at Le Chaudron. From the friendly service and delicious cuisine to the location itself, nestled within the buildings with an authentic feel, Le Chaudron offers everything you need for a great meal and, above all, to feel good.

I was eagerly anticipating trying this restaurant. I happened to discover their Facebook page, which had recently changed ownership. Well, my husband and I had a wonderful meal. Impeccable service and excellent food. I ordered a set menu with Lyonnaise salad and turkey medallions as my main course, and my husband had ravioli and frog legs as starters. It was delicious, and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend this place; it's ideally located for exploring the town of Trévoux and for taking a stroll along the banks of the Saône River afterward!

Good evening, we went to eat there one evening and unfortunately we were cold (I had to eat with my jacket on) so very unpleasant, otherwise it was okay for the price.

The food is excellent, with photos of regional dishes and especially French-origin meat (see photos of the different options).
Service:
Big thanks to the owner who single-handedly manages the service and his talented and professional chef.
Atmosphere:
A cozy, chalet-style atmosphere with a small fireplace to warm you up and soft background music to enhance the ambiance while you eat.
Safety:
Safety protocols are followed.
Review: We tried the restaurant thanks to a friend and the food was fantastic. We'll definitely go back when we're near Lyon.
